Bharti Airtel shares jump 3% after Q3 profit jumps multifold

Bharti Airtel shares surged 3% to a day’s high of ₹1,669.15 on the BSE after the company reported a sharp rise in net profit, reaching ₹14,781 crore in the third quarter. On an adjusted basis (before exceptional items), PAT grew 121% YoY to ₹5,514 crore, exceeding Street estimates of ₹5,270 crore.

SBI shares fall over 1% even as Q3 PAT beats estimates

State Bank of India shares declined over 1% on the BSE to an intraday low of ₹742.95 after the public sector lender reported an 84% year-on-year rise in standalone net profit for the December quarter, reaching ₹16,891 crore, up from ₹9,163 crore a year ago.

Britannia Industries shares rally 2% after Q3 PAT bests estimates

Britannia Industries shares surged 2.4% to a day’s high of ₹5,078.80 on the BSE on Friday, February 7, after the FMCG major reported a 4.5% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the December quarter, reaching ₹582 crore, exceeding Street estimates of ₹517 crore.

ITC shares tumble 2% after Q3 PAT declines 7% YoY

ITC shares dropped 2% to a low of ₹433 on the BSE on Friday, February 7, after the cigarette-to-hotel conglomerate reported a 7% year-on-year decline in profit after tax for the third quarter of FY25.
