Two members of the British royal family are dealing with health concerns. Kate, the Princess of Wales, was in the hospital Wednesday after undergoing abdominal surgery. She is expected to remain hospitalized for two weeks. Buckingham Palace also disclosed that King Charles III will be admitted to hospital next week for a procedure to treat an enlarged prostate.
