Sunteck Realty Ltd on Tuesday reported a 27 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 63.75 crore in the March quarter of the last fiscal year.
Its net profit stood at Rs 50.38 crore in the year-ago period. Total income rose to Rs 348.88 crore during January-March quarter of the last fiscal from Rs 217.83 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing.
During the full 2025-26 fiscal year, the company’s net profit rose to Rs 204.36 crore from Rs 150.31 crore in the preceding financial year.
The total income increased to Rs 1,168.62 crore in the last fiscal year from Rs 902.67 crore in the 2024-25 fiscal year.
