US stocks open flat as investors assess earnings for direction

Wall Street‘s main indexes opened flat on Tuesday, as investors assessed a wave of quarterly earnings from corporate majors.At 09:30 a.m., the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 13.17 points, or 0.03%, to 46,719.75.
