Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.(up 3.11 per cent), Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 2.04 per cent), Phoenix Mills Ltd.(up 1.49 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(up 1.19 per cent) and Sobha Ltd.(up 1.06 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(down 0.66 per cent) and Godrej Properties Ltd.(down 0.25 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 0.58 per cent at 960.25 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 32.05 points at 22270.45, while the BSE Sensex was down 188.55 points at 73323.3. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 28 were trading in the green, while 22 were in the red. Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, NHPC, REC and Zomato were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Transwarr Fin, IRIS Business Servic, Ajooni Biotech Ltd., Arvind Ltd and Dolat Invst hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Medico Remedies, Filatex Fash, Twentyfirst Cent, Silly Monks Entertai and TN Telecom hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
