ZEE Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) on Thursday reported 180% year-on-year (YoY) growth in its consolidated net profit at Rs 164 crore in the third quarter, while operating revenue declined 3% YoY to Rs 1,979 crore.
On a sequential basis, net profit fell 22% from Rs 209 crore reported in the preceding September quarter and revenues dropped 1% quarter-on-quarter.
EBITDA for the third quarter increased 52% YoY to Rs 318 crore and margins improved to 16.5%.
