The company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 14,756 crore in Q3FY26, up 34% from Rs 11,034 crore reported in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
The company posted its highest-ever quarterly sales, revenue and profits.
Profit after tax (PAT) rose 6% sequentially from Rs 795 crore in Q2FY26, while the topline recorded a 5% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) growth from Rs 14,051 crore in the July-September quarter of FY26.
TVS Motor Company’s operating revenue rose 37% YoY to Rs 12,476 crore for the quarter ended December 2025, compared with Rs 9,097 crore in the quarter ended December 2024.
Operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew 51% YoY to Rs 1,634 crore in Q3FY26, up from Rs 1,081 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY25. The operating EBITDA margin expanded to a record 13.1%, compared with a normalised operating EBITDA margin of 12.4% in Q3FY25.
Sales
Overall two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales, including international business, grew 27% YoY to a record 15.44 lakh units in the quarter ended December 2025, compared with 12.12 lakh units in the year-ago period. Motorcycle sales rose 31% to 7.26 lakh units in Q3FY26 from 5.56 lakh units in Q3FY25. Scooter sales increased 25% to 6.14 lakh units, compared with 4.93 lakh units in the corresponding quarter last year.
International two-wheeler sales grew 35% to 3.66 lakh units in Q3FY26, up from 2.72 lakh units in Q3FY25.
Total three-wheeler sales more than doubled, rising 106% to 0.60 lakh units during the quarter under review, compared with 0.29 lakh units in Q3FY25.
The company’s electric vehicle (EV) sales surged 40% to a record 1.06 lakh units in Q3FY26, up from 0.76 lakh units in the quarter ended December 2024.
