Following Bitcoin’s rebound from last week’s dip below $59,000, the market is now weighing whether the recent price crash has finally run its course or if a deeper correction is still ahead. While the recovery has provided some relief across the crypto market, analysts warn that Bitcoin remains in a fragile position as weak demand, cautious investor sentiment, and broader market uncertainty continue to weigh on the price action. According to market experts, Bitcoin’s outlook remains largely bearish despite the short-term bounce. However, analysts also point to a potential silver lining in the current downturn that may benefit long-term investors.

Bitcoin Price Set For Massive Crash This Summer

Crypto market expert Aralez has issued a fresh bearish forecast for Bitcoin, suggesting that the ongoing downtrend has not yet ended. In an X post on June 6, the analyst said Bitcoin’s decline has just begun, indicating that the recent drop below $60,000 was only the early stage of the bear market.

Related Reading

Aralez noted that since May 2026, he has consistently predicted a decline below $60,000, believing that Bitcoin would eventually take out local lows as bearish pressure mounts. As he forecasted, the $60,000 to $63,000 BTC price range has now been decisively lost. With this key support broken, the analyst warned that the next downside move could be really aggressive.

Using a detailed chart to support his outlook, Aralez outlined a bearish roadmap for Bitcoin’s price this summer. The chart shows that Bitcoin traded within an ascending channel between April and May but ultimately broke below the lower boundary, triggering a prolonged downtrend through late May and early June.

Notably, Aralez projected that Bitcoin’s next move will likely be a short-term bounce toward the $71,000 support zone. After Bitcoin retests this zone, he said a major distribution phase is likely to begin. During this stage, the cryptocurrency could see an impulsive sell-off toward $46,000 to $48,000, representing a 25% to 28% drop from current levels above $62,000.

Aralez noted that a decline to this lower range will lead to a slow bottom formation, officially resetting the broader market cycle. He cautioned investors not to assume that the bottom is already in, emphasizing that current market data and conditions suggest otherwise.

The analyst also confirmed that Bitcoin’s bear market is still ongoing. He urged investors and traders to prepare ahead and avoid major mistakes now more than ever.

Analyst Sees Accumulation Before Next Bitcoin Rally

In his X post, Aralez outlined a silver lining to his bearish outlook, noting that once Bitcoin reaches a bottom, a significant accumulation phase is likely to follow. He said this stage could present a strong long-term opportunity for investors, as valuations stabilize and selling pressure gradually fades.

Related Reading

Based on historical price movements, an accumulation phase after a cycle bottom often sets the foundation for the next major trend reversal. Building on this, Aralez noted that after the accumulation phase, an explosive expansion could follow. This would signal a return of strong bullish momentum, with prices potentially accelerating sharply while investors who had bought at the bottom could see major gains.

For the past four years, enterprise software conferences have been defined by a kind of competitive breathlessness: which company could announce the most AI agents, the boldest automation claims, the most mind-bending demos.

At ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2026, the company’s two top customer-facing executives are having very different conversations. The era of AI feature wars is ending, they told Fortune from the sidelines of the conference. What’s beginning is something far less glamorous, and far more important.

The ‘SaaSpocalypse’ that wasn’t

The backdrop is an anxious one. Over the past 18 months, a wave of speculation has gripped the enterprise software industry: if AI agents can automate workflows end-to-end, do companies still need the sprawling SaaS platforms they’ve spent years and billions of dollars building out? The question, dubbed the “SaaSpocalypse” for the carnage it wreaked on software stocks before correcting, has rattled investors and sent valuations across the sector swinging — including ServiceNow’s, whose market cap hovers around $96 billion.

Paul Fipps, the company’s president of global customer operations and a former CIO himself, pushed back on the narrative. “The fear is that somehow a startup will use a large language model, put a lightweight wrapper around it, and ServiceNow will sit on its hands for the next 10 years … and ServiceNow will sit on its hands for the next 10 years and wait for that company to catch up, and then we’ll go out of business,” he said. “It just makes no sense.”

The evidence is that customers agree: 25,000 of them showed up this week, the biggest crowd in the conference’s history. “They’re not showing up because they don’t believe in ServiceNow,” Fipps said.

Amit Zavery, the company’s president, COO, and chief product officer, echoed the sentiment bluntly in a fireside chat on Wednesday: “The era of sidecar AI is over. Customers don’t want to cobble pieces together — they want outcomes.”

The governance crisis hiding in plain sight

What ServiceNow’s executives are actually worried about isn’t competitive disruption. It’s something that has been quietly building across enterprise America: a governance crisis born of the proliferation of ungoverned AI.

Fipps opened a standing-room-only customer panel Tuesday morning with two stories that landed like warnings. Three weeks ago, he said, he was in India meeting with the CTO of a large financial services company who told him he had built 30 production-grade AI agents for the bank — and then couldn’t put any of them into production, because he couldn’t answer basic questions about what they had access to or whether they were performing as intended. “In a regulated industry, if you can’t answer those questions, you can’t go live,” Fipps said.

The second story was starker. A CIO of a large healthcare and life sciences company told Fipps he had 900 AI pilots running across his organization. He canceled all of them — not because they weren’t working, but because he couldn’t govern them. “I have a pile of custom software running around that nobody owns,” the CIO told him.

Fipps delivered the line flatly, and the room — packed with Gartner and Constellation Research analysts — went quiet. “AI chaos,” Fipps said, echoing a refrain all week from CEO Bill McDermott. “At the very large customers, they’re going to have thousands of applications … if you add AI to all those applications, you can imagine an ungoverned nightmare.”

Zavery said he’s been hearing a rash of cautionary tales he’s been accumulating, citing the viral tale of the startup called Pocketbook OS, which had its entire customer database — reservations, backups, everything — wiped in nine seconds by an AI agent that, when asked why it did it, reportedly said it knew it shouldn’t have. “These [stories] are pretty common,” he said, “but I think the good thing about enterprises, most of the CIOs and CISOs are more thoughtful. They’re not believing this world that everything should just be rewritten with AI from ground up.” Often, Zavery added, ServiceNow only finds out about problems by the time things go wrong, “and by that time it might be too late.”

The context problem

The core technical challenge ServiceNow is trying to solve isn’t building smarter AI models. It’s giving those models the contextual guardrails they need to function reliably inside a business.

Large language models are inherently probabilistic — they don’t produce the same answer every time. For consumers, that’s tolerable. For a Fortune 500 company running financial reconciliation, it could be catastrophic. “If your AI technologies gives you random things every time, it doesn’t help,” Zavery said. “If you get two different answers for your financial reconciliation you might be doing, you can’t publish your financial report to the Wall Street.”

ServiceNow’s answer is what it calls a “Context Engine” — a proprietary layer, built on top of the LLMs it partners with (Anthropic, Google’s Gemini, NVIDIA’s NIM), that draws on the company’s accumulated trove of enterprise data: 100 billion workflows run annually across its platform, 7 trillion transactions per year. That trove, Zavery argues, is not replicable.

“That is not available in public open source,” he said. “It is available only in our platform.”

Guardrails, not just features

The centerpiece of Knowledge 2026 is something the company calls AI Control Tower — a governance layer built on top of its existing CMDB asset management infrastructure that lets enterprises discover, monitor, and manage every AI agent running across their organization. The metaphor both Zavery and Fipps kept returning to is air traffic control.

“Imagine if you didn’t have air traffic control and people were just flying around,” Zavery said. “AI agents are not like humans. AI software can be very, very aggressive and very fast because there’s no boundaries of their time or limits.”

Fipps described the commercial response as almost visceral. “I ask customers: how many agents do you have? Where are they in your organization? What do they have access to? Are they performing the way you envisioned?” he said. Most times, that conversation goes right to a need to see and engage with the AI Control Tower. He called customer uptake one of the biggest surprises of the week: “Pleasantly surprised” by how fast customers are engaging and wanting to contract for it.

The real-world validation came from the customer panel. Melinda McKinley, COO of Strategy and Talent at Standard Chartered Bank, described scaling an AI assistant from a 50,000-person pilot in Hong Kong to 85,000 colleagues globally — with case deflection rates climbing from 77% to 90%, triple the industry baseline. “AI is only as good as the data behind it,” she said. “You have to be intentional about keeping that knowledge base live, current, and trusted.”

Oliver de Wilde, head of ServiceNow’s Centre of Excellence at Hitachi Energy, described a 10-fold spike in employee self-service usage the week AI went live across 70,000 employees — and a 25% reduction in calls to the IT service desk. The service desk manager called him that week in shock at the result and asked “what’s happening?” he said. “They knew it was coming — but they couldn’t believe the reduction they were actually seeing.” Those saved hours, he added, became hard negotiating leverage in renegotiations with service providers. “When you can use it to renegotiate a contract, the savings become very tangible.”

The hard lift ahead

Pressed on where we are in the AI buildout — an industry parlor game that has consultants arguing over whether we’re in the second inning or the fifth — Zavery declined to commit to a number but said it could be any of the first three. “It’s definitely nowhere in the middle,” he said. “I think it’s still very early days.” The technology remains probabilistic and not always backward compatible. The societal and regulatory frameworks are still forming. The cost structures haven’t normalized.

Fipps framed the next phase in terms of his own family history. His father was a turbine mechanic who spent his career being lowered onto high-voltage lines to fix massive generators. “I think the future infrastructure buildout — for our country, but mostly globally — is going to be a renaissance around innovation and opportunity and GDP growth,” he said. “At the power core, the infrastructure core, it’s going to be so much fun. Because we’re going to do it in such a different way.”

For ServiceNow, that means the grinding, invisible work: security, compliance, backward compatibility, governance across regulatory regimes that differ by country, industry, and agency. “Enterprise software was never sexy,” Zavery told Fortune, citing his three decades of working in the space and what a contrast the recent AI boom has been. “The amount of time people building software in this space spend — not just building features, but making it secured, compliant, guaranteed performance … all those things are never sexy jobs. They’re very heavy, painful, getting into the nitty-gritty, making sure you’re solving the difficult problems. And when the user is using it, they would never see any of this stuff. It’s all the work you have to do underneath the covers.”

For a $96 billion company whose entire value proposition is being the infrastructure layer that enterprises trust most, it’s not a problem that this work is unsexy. It’s the pitch.

For this story, Fortune journalists used generative AI as a research tool. An editor verified the accuracy of the information before publishing. ServiceNow is a Fortune partner and provided research materials for this interview, including interviews from the sidelines of Knowledge 2026.

Beyond the immediate barrier, he identified €2,350 ($2,759) and €2,900 ($3,400) as the next key resistance zones to watch.
A rejection around €2,350 would likely be considered a weak outcome, especially after nearly three months of consolidation below the current resistance band.
Bitcoin treasury companies have long relied on relentless accumulation of BTC to strengthen corporate balance sheets. But a recent pause in both Bitcoin purchases and equity sales raises an urgent question: is this a temporary slowdown, or an early signal of broader structural strain for corporate Bitcoin treasury strategies?

Strategy Breaks Bitcoin Purchase Pattern

For the first time since December 2025, Strategy reported no Bitcoin purchases during the week of March 23 to March 29, 2026. A filing submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) confirmed this break in routine, which also included no share issuance through its at-the-market (ATM) program—the primary mechanism used to fund Bitcoin accumulation. Before the pause, Strategy’s last purchase was 1,031 BTC between March 16 and March 22, 2026, reflecting a sustained weekly acquisition strategy.

Moreover, Executive Chairman Michael Saylor has not publicly explained the pause, a notable silence given his historically regular weekly updates. This combination of halted buying and silence has fueled discussions on whether the era of aggressive corporate Bitcoin accumulation may be under pressure.

BTC Treasury Companies Under Pressure: Market Context

Strategy’s stock, trading at $124.80 at the time of reporting, has declined more than 60% over the past six months, while Bitcoin itself was priced at $67,197, down over 18% across 12 months. These figures illustrate a tightening environment for companies relying on both equity and digital assets to support treasury strategies.

Other firms demonstrate divergent approaches. MARA Holdings sold 15,133 BTC, valued at roughly $1.1 billion, to reduce convertible debt, while Canaan increased holdings by 1,793 BTC and 3,952 ETH while expanding mining operations in Texas. Additional insight comes from Nakamoto Inc., which sold approximately 284 BTC for $20 million in March 2026, below its year-end 2025 weighted valuation of $87,519 per coin. This sale followed a $166.2 million loss from changes in the fair value of its digital assets and reflects a broader recalibration among non-Strategy treasury firms. Nakamoto indicated that proceeds would fund a US dollar operating reserve to support operations and strategic initiatives.

Additional disclosures in the Strategy’s filings provide context on corporate obligations that may influence capital decisions. A shareholder lawsuit filed by David Dodge in July 2025 over preferred stock amendments was dismissed in March 2026, with Strategy agreeing to seek shareholder ratification and cover $550,000 in legal fees.

The combination of halted Bitcoin purchases, no share issuance, declining stock and Bitcoin prices, and similar moves by other treasury firms illustrates a period of recalibration across the sector. Strategy now holds roughly 76% of all BTC owned by public treasury companies, while most others have added minimal holdings in recent weeks. Whether this moment marks a temporary pause or the beginning of the end for Bitcoin treasury companies remains uncertain, but the current data underscores the growing pressures on firms pursuing this once-dominant strategy.

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

The Bitcoin price crash from $126,000 to $60,000 has naturally sent most of the market into a panic, and with sentiment still in the red, the probability of the price falling lower remains high. At this time, the focus has now turned to predictions of when Bitcoin will hit a bottom. Over the years, a number of factors have determined when the price has reached its bottom. But taking into account the current climate, crypto analyst BarneyXBT has outlined three different reasons arguing for and against why the Bitcoin bottom might be in.

Reasons Why Bitcoin Price Could Still Be In A Bear Market

In the post shared on X, BarneyXBT gives three things to consider that might show that Bitcoin is still in a bear market. The first reason given to consider Bitcoin being in a bear market is that large investors are still selling their coins. Satoshi-era whales have been recently seen selling, while Vitalik Buterin, founder of Ethereum, has been selling ETH.

Next on the list of reasons points to the current macro climate. With the tariff war still mostly unresolved, interest rates staying the same, and consumer confidence plunging, the analyst says the macro climate is a “mess.”

The last reason given is the fact that retail seems to be completely gone from the market. This is proven by the lack of liquidity currently flowing into the market. In addition to this, there has been no emergence of new narratives, such as was seen with Artificial Intelligence (AI) back in 2024, among others.

The Argument For A Bull Market

On the flip side, the analyst also gives reasons that suggest that Bitcoin could still be in a bull market. One is the fact that sentiment has plunged to levels not seen since the FTX exchange crash. Now, this is important because the sentiment reached a low at this point, and then the market began to recover.

Another reason is that institutions are not going to let their investments be in vain. The likes of BlackRock and Fidelity have poured billions of dollars into their ETF products, and BarneyXBT explained that it is unlikely they spent this much on infrastructure just to walk away.

Lastly, there is the legendary Bitcoin halving cycle. Past performances show that the bull run has always revolved around the Bitcoin halving, which happens once every four years. Thus, it is possible the BTC price could recover as another halving rolls around in 2028.

<img decoding="async" class="size-medium" src="https://www.tradingview.com/x/KqbNh6jm/" alt="Bitcoin price chart from Tradingview.com" width="3286" height="1878" title="Is Bitcoin Done Or Is This Just The Beginning?
Opening arguments begin on Monday in a high-profile trial brought by the state of New Mexico against Meta, which allegedly failed to safeguard apps like Facebook and Instagram from online predators who targeted child users, according to Raúl Torrez, the state’s attorney general.

Originally filed in 2023, the suit claims that Meta “steered and connected users — including children — to sexually explicit, exploitative and child sex abuse materials and facilitated human trafficking” within the state.

“What we are really alleging is that Meta has created a dangerous product, a product that enables not only the targeting of children, but the exploitation of children in virtual spaces and in the real world,” Torrez told CNBC’s “Squawk Box” on Monday.

The trial is one of several significant cases involving Meta this year that could have major repercussions on the company and the broader social media industry. Experts have said the lawsuits resemble those brought against “Big Tobacco” in the 1990s, due to the alleged harm the products can have on users, and the efforts by tobacco companies to mislead the public about the negative effects.

In January, a trial kicked off in Los Angeles stemming from plaintiffs’ allegations that Meta, YouTube, TikTok and Snap failed to tell the public about the safety of their social and video-streaming apps, despite knowing that the designs and certain features were harmful to the mental health of young users. TikTok and Snap settled with a plaintiff involved in the case before the trial commenced.

Opening statements in the L.A. trial were supposed to begin last week, but were delayed following the unexpected illness of a lead attorney. A Meta spokesperson said 18 jury members were impaneled Friday afternoon and that opening arguments begin on Monday. Instagram head Adam Mosseri is scheduled to testify on Wednesday, followed a week later by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Many of New Mexico’s allegations against Meta were derived from an undercover operation conducted by the attorney general that involved the creation of a fake social media profile modeled after a 13-year-old girl. Torrez previously told CNBC that the dummy social media profile, “was simply inundated with images and targeted solicitations, which, frankly, I found to be shocking.”

Meta has denied the allegations and said in various statements to the media that the company is “focused on demonstrating our longstanding commitment to supporting young people.”

Torrez told CNBC on Monday that Meta could face significant financial penalties, but fundamentally, he wants the company to make changes.

“We need to have real age verification. We need to have changes to product design so that they don’t connect kids with, with predators on the platform. We need full disclosures in terms of making their users aware of the … potential harm and danger,” he said.

Although social media businesses have argued that content shared on their apps is protected under the Section 230 provision of the Communications Decency Act, the overall theme among the various lawsuits is that tech companies have allegedly endangered young users through the design and features of their apps.

Later this year, another trial is slated to start in the Northern District of California. That federal case involves Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Snap, and centers on allegations that the companies built defective apps that resulted in teens and children developing unhealthy and addictive behaviors.

President Donald Trump will begin the final interviews of candidates for the Federal Reserve chair this week, putting back on track the formal selection process that began this summer.

“We’re going to be looking at a couple different people, but I have a pretty good idea of who I want,” Trump said Tuesday night aboard Air Force One to reporters.

The interviews by Trump and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will begin with former Fed Governor Kevin Warsh on Wednesday and also include Kevin Hassett, the director of the National Economic Council, at some point, according to two sources. It restarts the process that was derailed a bit last week when interviews with candidates were abruptly canceled.

Trump said recently he knew who he was going to pick to succeed current Chair Jerome Powell, and prediction markets overwhelmingly believed it would be Hassett. But his possible selection received some pushback from the markets recently, especially among fixed income investors concerned Hassett would only do Trump’s bidding and keep rates too low even if inflation snaps back.

So it’s unclear if these interviews are a sign Trump has changed his mind or just the final stage of the formal process.

CNBC first reported in October that Trump had narrowed the candidate list down to five people. Four of those five will be part of these final interviews. The group also includes current Governors Christopher Waller and Michelle Bowman as well as BlackRock fixed income chief Rick Rieder.

The Fed will likely lower rates for a third time this year on Wednesday, but Powell, whose term as chair is up in May, is expected to strike a cautious tone at his post-meeting news conference on how much lower the central bank will go next year. The Fed’s latest forecast released in September called for just one cut next year.

A hawkish tone from Powell on Wednesday could further frustrate Trump, who is trying to remake the Fed in a way the favors a lower-rate regime. Trump reiterated in a Politico interview posted Tuesday that he will litmus test the candidates on their willingness to cut rates further.

Warsh declined to comment to CNBC.

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

The recent Bitcoin price crash seems to have triggered a sell-off cascade that has continued to put bearish pressure on the cryptocurrency. This, in turn, has affected the broader market, causing altcoins to suffer major losses during this time. While there are still hopes for a quick recovery, analysts have warned investors that the Bitcoin price is more likely to crash further before it rebounds. Nevertheless, expectations remain that the digital asset will hit a bottom and rally again.

Why A Bitcoin Price Crash Is Likely Before A Recovery

Pseudonymous crypto analyst Setupsfx has shared a possible roadmap that the Bitcoin price could follow in order to clear $126,000 again and rally to new all-time highs. Unlike those expecting a quick rebound, the crypto analyst has warned that it is likely that the digital asset will see a major crash first before there is any green on the chart.

With the Bitcoin price having already breached $90,000, the optics continue to remain weak for the pioneer cryptocurrency. As a result, the analyst forecasts further decline as profit-taking exacerbates. The next major levels now lie at $60,000-$70,000, which would mean an over 20% crash for the Bitcoin price again.

However, the crash to $60,000 does play into the next bullish trend as the analyst expects this to be the bottom. Thus, buying BTC around the $60,000-$70,000 level would be ideal, Setupsfx explained. This is because once the relief rally begins, the analyst expects the price to hit as high as $150,000 as a result.

Nevertheless, the crypto analyst warns investors to always take the volatility of the Bitcoin price into account when investing. So, it is important to have adequate risk management practices in place, as there is no guarantee that the digital asset could play out as expected.

Analysts Bearish In The Short-Term Only

The Bitcoin price crash before a recovery theory is also seconded by crypto analyst Hyperkane, who also shared their own expectations for the cryptocurrency. The analyst also sees the Bitcoin price crashing down below $70,000 before a bottom is established.

Across the board, though, the consensus looks to be that the Bitcoin price could start to rebound once it’s down around 40% from its all-time high. Therefore, it is highly likely that the sell-offs will continue as investors dump their BTC in the hopes that they will get to buy back the cryptocurrency at a much lower price.

India’s public sector undertakings (PSUs) have emerged as a compelling turnaround story in the post-Covid era. Backed by structural reforms, policy tailwinds, and prudent capital allocation, PSUs delivered a stellar 36% PAT CAGR over FY20–25—outperforming the private sector’s 26% CAGR—and drove a strong re-rating across the board. The BSE PSU Index posted a 32% CAGR over the same period, led by strength in BFSI, capital goods, and utilities.

FY25 marked a phase of earnings consolidation, with PSU profits declining 2% YoY due to a high base effect and weak oil & gas (O&G) sector performance. Excluding O&G, PSU earnings grew 16% YoY. PSU banks remained the dominant driver, with a 26% YoY profit increase driven by lower credit costs and improved asset quality. Notably, PSUs’ share in India Inc.’s total profit pool rose to 37.5% in FY25—up from 20% in FY20—highlighting their expanding relevance in India’s corporate earnings landscape.

Valuation multiples have moderated post the FY24 peak, with the BSE PSU Index trading at 11.7x forward P/E in June 2025—down from 13.8x in July 2024 but above the historical average of 9.9x. The sector’s ROE remains strong at 16%, and the contribution of loss-making PSUs to total profits has dropped to just 1%, down from 45% in FY18—signaling improved operational discipline.

Going forward, PSU earnings are expected to grow at a 10% CAGR over FY25–27, led by BFSI (53% of incremental profit), O&G (20%), and metals (12%). Renewed government capex, Make-in-India momentum, and strong order flows in defence and infrastructure remain key tailwinds.

BEL: Target Rs 410

Bharat Electronics (BEL) is poised for strong growth, backed by a robust INR 270 billion order pipeline and strong tailwinds from defence indigenization. The company expects 15% revenue growth in FY26, led by the execution of large orders such as QRSAM and next-gen corvettes, ensuring healthy revenue visibility through FY27.

Live Events

Consistent R&D investments, enhanced localization, and a strong, debt-free balance sheet with INR 94 billion in cash enable margin resilience and room for capacity expansion. We expect revenue/PAT/EPS CAGR of 17%/16%/19% over FY25–27.BEL was also among the top five gainers in PSU market cap rankings in FY25, reflecting investor conviction in the capital goods-led PSU growth theme.

HAL: Target Rs 5,650

HAL posted a resilient FY25 with 10% YoY PAT growth, supported by improved margins and normalization of provisions. Despite conservative 8–10% revenue growth guidance, HAL’s robust INR 1.8 trillion order book and resolution of engine supply issues for Tejas Mk1A aircraft support execution momentum. The company aims to deliver 12 LCA aircraft in FY26.

We model a revenue/PAT CAGR of 21%/14% over FY25–27, supported by stable EBITDA margins (~29%), strong cash flows, and manageable capex. HAL has also climbed to the 3rd spot among PSUs by market cap in Jun’25, highlighting sectoral leadership and sustained investor interest.

Recent gains in Bitcoin are owed in part to changes in the political environment, particularly in the US. Incoming US President Donald Trump is backing cryptocurrencies, sparking renewed market optimism among investors.

From reforms in regulatory structures to a proposal for a national Bitcoin reserve, the policies he enforces provide Bitcoin an exceptional outlet for growth in an increasingly open and friendly new landscape. These changes places the US in a strategic position as the world’s leader in crypto innovation while giving a fertile ground for Bitcoin to continue growing.

BTCUSD is currently trading at $97,377. Chart: TradingView

Crypto On The Rise

These possible changes have been well taken by market participants, who have seen the highest market dominance of BTC at 59%. A bill being worked out may permit state-chartered banks to mint stablecoins without seeking prior approval from the Federal Reserve, putting the US in a very commanding position in the race to dominate financial innovation. Furthermore, proposals to deregulate the energy industry may favor crypto mining, which will place the US in a better position in the global race for blockchain.

Bitcoin’s flirtation with $100K continues as crypto’s top market cap has now reached an ATH of $99,850. As its price continues to hit round numbers and fulfill limit sell orders, it is widely being perceived as only a matter of time. pic.twitter.com/Qb1LTznuij

Historic Rally: BTC Approaching $100K

Bitcoin is trading at nearly $99,850 and is on the verge of the long-awaited $100,000 milestone. Similar to other bull runs, including the one witnessed after the elections in 2020, when the price of Bitcoin nearly doubled in a matter of a few months, some believe institutional interest coupled with friendly economic conditions and increased on-chain activity are the drivers of this phenomenal appreciation of the price of Bitcoin.

With investor enthusiasm building, growing calls for the alpha coin to be adopted as a strategic reserve, and with a supportive US government, this rally appears well-positioned to continue. Experts are optimistic that Bitcoin is going to push forward and hit new highs.

The Future Of Bitcoin: Cautious Optimism

Analysts, while acknowledging that momentum is strong, point out that the market may run too hot, and early signs in the development are a rise in funding rates and increased unrealized profits.
