Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.79 per cent), Gland Pharma Ltd.(down 0.69 per cent), Mankind Pharma Ltd.(down 0.55 per cent), Zydus Lifesciences Ltd.(down 0.44 per cent) and J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(down 0.26 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Pharma index was 0.04 per cent at 22317.65 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 38.35 points at 24657.35, while the BSE Sensex was 148.42 points at 81656.88.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 29 were trading in the green, while 21 were in the red. Shares of Vodafone Idea, Trident Ltd, ITI Ltd, IRB Infra Dev. and Ola Electric Mobilit were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Orient Press, Gujarat Raffia, Kridhan Infra, Setco Automotive and GI Engineering hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Rossell Techsys, CMM Infraprojects, Excel Realty N Infra, Supreme Engineering and Viji Finance hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
