“Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) & 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and other applicable regulations, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, March 17, 2025, inter-alia, to consider the declaration of a second interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25,” IRFC had informed the stock exchanges last week.
Additionally, the company has fixed March 21 as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the dividend.
