Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) reported a steady set of Q3FY25 numbers ? revenue was Rs 53.7 billion (+19% YoY), EBITDA came in at INR 16.6bn (+13% YoY) and profit was Rs 6.25billion (+80% YoY). Profit was aided by reversal of net deferred tax liability of Rs 1.85 billion. AESL?s transmission pipeline zoomed ~3x in last 12 months; in 9MFY25, the company has won five new transmission projects, including the Bhadla-Fatehpur HVDC project worth Rs 250 billion. The company also has a smart meter pipeline of 22.8mn with estimated EBITDA potential of Rs 20 billion. Distribution business continued its steady performance with energy demand up by 3% /30% YoY for Mumbai circle (AEML)/Mundra Utility (MUL).
