Four individuals, including a woman, have been arrested in Maharagama for the possession of 1.5 kilograms of heroin and 680 grams of crystal methamphetamine (‘Ice’), said police.
The group was apprehended by the Kelaniya Police Crimes Investigation Unit.
According to police, information leading to the arrests was obtained during interrogation of a suspect apprehended with narcotics earlier in Enderamulla.
