Lemon Tree Hotels’ current net debt is ~Rs 17 billion, which is a key monitorable in HDFC Securities’ view. Lemon Tree expects to become debt-free with the help of listing of Fleur hotels (asset-heavy subsidiary) in the next 2-3 years. The brokerage expects Lemon Tree Hotels to continue to benefit from buoyant discretionary spending and demand tailwinds of the sector. They largely maintain the estimates for Lemon Tree and continue with a BUY rating and an unchanged target price of Rs 155 (17x FY27 EV/EBITDA). Promoter/FII Holdings
