CLSA maintained a buy rating on L&T with a target price of Rs 4260. L&T’s number one customer guides for capex hike and non-fossil capex.
L&T has an improving outlook, with its $75bn pipeline up 29% YoY in Q4. Global Investment Bank believes that its margin will improve from Q4 on lower legacy orders in its backlog.
